What are we thinking about?
The holidays?, how cold will it be tonight?, what am I grateful for?, what am I going to plant in the garden next spring? will this cold weather give up for a bit and be warm enough for us all to go skiing?, what a year it has been, seems like this year went by really quickly.
What are we wondering about?
Family’s health, children’s college plans, our second honeymoon, 4th of July.
What are we dreaming about?
VACATION next year, will we be able to travel? RETIREMENT, how will I fill my time? GOOD HEALTH, what can I do to give myself the best chance at continued good health?
What decisions have I made to make my dreams my reality?
Exercise, positive thoughts, healthy diet. What I eat and think shows in a healthy body and positive attitude.

A dream written down becomes a goal, a goal broken down into steps becomes a plan.
My dreams include spending time with my family, so I am putting them on my calendar. My dreams include eating well and exercising, so I am batch cooking and finding the time to stretch and do cardio exercise. My dreams include retiring one day, so I am planning for that time. My dreams include enjoying today and making the most of it.
Each day I wake up, I say thank you for today. I know it is a gift.
